Instagram is famous for its filters, sponsored posts and filters in general. But long before snaps with nice filters were all the rage on the photo sharing site, there was Chrissy Teigen’s bangin’ bangs.
Well, they are bangin’ and Teigen, who has 8 million followers on Instagram, has launched a new beauty hashtag – Don’t Floss – that’s all about brow maintenance, to help the people who follow her keep their brows looking impeccable.
The image came under fire by many who thought that Teigen’s photo looked like she had gone under the knife to have her brows filled in, and many are not happy with the reaction.
Fans on Twitter have reportedly demanded that Teigen apologise for using #floss hair removal over makeup.
Some even accused her of wanting to be a “fuller” woman. We’re not sure, we think Teigen looks great and we like the image, but we hope she means that it’s just about keeping and upkeep.
❤️❤️ @chrissyteigen @chrissyteigenbetheheart no hair on the armpits…my eyebrows are full so I think I know better! 😂😂😂😂😂#dontflosshair_care #chrissyteigen A post shared by RoseAnn DeLeone (@roseann_sandy_vie) on Jan 28, 2021 at 3:00am PST
Some are just confused.
It’s not easy keeping everyone happy, is it?
She also had this to say.
